In early 2017, we were invited to work with Moretti and help them to extend their polenta range with a bio proposition. 
Starting with what is an iconic Italian packaging design, we quickly decided to keep most of the assets while dialling up the ecological concerns, the traditional feel and increase the disruption on shelf.
The idea was to capture texture so to better distinguish the bio proposition from the core range.
So, we hand painted the stripes that would then become the basis of the design and modernised the logo
so to make it part of the range navigation.
Our work was to be a balance between the traditional and the modern.
